I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it was an excellent choice. The location is perfect for those travelling through the nearby airport, yet it still feels secluded enough to enjoy a relaxing stay. The housekeeping was outstanding, keeping my room immaculate throughout my stay. The restaurant provided a delicious buffet breakfast every morning and the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming.
Although I didn't use many of the facilities, I can say that the ones I did use were excellent. However, some of them felt a bit dated.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza and was delighted with the spacious and well-equipped room. Everything was clean and in good condition. The highlight was the lovely garden, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The location was also convenient for my business meeting. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great, very easy to find and accessible. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which was a nice touch. the hotel was clean and well-designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the food provided was tasty and satisfying, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. having Starbucks coffee available in the bar was a bonus.
the beds were comfortable but quite narrow, which made for a slightly cramped sleeping experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the bedroom to the bathroom. The hotel facilities were excellent, with everything we needed, including a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board in our room. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options, including vegetarian choices. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service. The location was relatively close to Gatwick airport, making it convenient for travelers.

The hotel location was perfect for me as it was close to Gatwick airport, which was important. The room and bathroom were nice, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast service was good and offered a variety of choices. The hotel also had a serene and relaxing pool area, perfect for unwinding.
The staff could use some improvement in training, as some guests mentioned encountering abrupt and unpolite behavior at the front desk.

The room was quiet, clean, and well-equipped. Comfortable bed and bedding. Nice bonus of a bath. Lovely spa. Best hotel food ever. Nice little touches everywhere. Awesome value for the price.
